    Hi Nicholas

FIP and Radio France have decided to remove their content from TuneIn Radio. This was also unexpected to us here at Bluesound. Please this Help Centre Article for a current workaround;https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/22535367076887

This is exactly why Bluesound should provide an alternative radio aggregator (eg. Vtuner). A 100 dollar streamer (eg. WIIM mini) does better than Bluesound.

I confidently expect nothing will be done.

Update to my original question about FIP and Radio France being dropped

FIP has changed its URL  new = https://stream.radiofrance.fr/fip/fip.m3u8?id=radiofrance 1.5k

which I just added to my tunein favourites

cant find anything on Radio France

Is Radio France actually a station? See here. https://www.radiofrance.fr/

Not a station. radio france is the organisation that manages FIP and France Musique ( classical)

So why did you write that you can't find anything on Radio France? Did you mean the other RF stations? Bluesound is useless if they continue to use only TuneIn.

Why are they so slow and incapable of providing workable solutions? Overpriced and underperforming compared to other streaming systems.

If you make a 'favourite' in TuneIn you can add the stream from the BOSE list of streams Radio France provides:

Same issue, can add custom link to favourites in Tune but my favorites window (top level as well as in Music>TuneIn>Favorites are both unavailable and I keep getting the ‘couldn’t load content’. Error for the past months. I basically have no options to add any radio station to my presets.

I have the same problem. Tune in favourites page doesn’t load. So can only listen to other radio stations via airplay.
Thinking of switching to different ecosystem at this point.

    Hi Hamish

Your issue is unrelated and is being caused by communications issue with the App and the Players. Reboot your router. Wait 5 minutes. Reboot your players. Wait 5 more minutes. Relaunch the App. If problems then persist, please select Settings, Send Support Request in the BluOS App from the Home Page.
