Bluesound Node Gen1 crash during update: where is the manual firmware download?
AnsweredHi Support Crew,
My Bluesound Node Gen1 crashed during the latest update. I had this before a few years ago, when I could download the firmware manually on your website and flashed the device using the USB port. I cannot find the images anymore.
Can you please provide them?
Kind regards,
Rik

Hi Rik,

Hi Seppi,
I've tried what you asked for, but the send support request button is not working. The app is just saing 'no player found'. Which makes sense, because the player simply has a red light on and in my router I also see that it is not connecting to my network. Which means it crashed
Last time with this it helped to plug-in the USB with the newest firmware and do a new flash by powering on by pressing the top button.
Please send me the firmware

Dear support crew,
Every 3rd to 4th update causes problems of my Bluesound crashing in 'hotspot mode' (red light on). The only option in this case is to do a new flash with the firmware you provided about a year ago.
This flashing is working, but with the most recent release it is crashing again when I do an update over the flashed version.
Could you please provide me with a new version of the firmware, or even better: a more structural solution to keep my Node up and up-to-date!
