Nad c368 with MDC BluOS 2i module.

I have recently bought a Nad c368 with MDC BluOS 2i module. I've installed the BluOS app, but I can't get into the app because it's looking for the amp and can't find one. I have both Wifi antennas and bluetooth and also Ethernet cable installed

    Both the device with the BluOS controller app and the C368 need to be on the same network. 

    Check that the controller device (phone, tablet, computer) is on the same wired or WiFi network as the C368.

    Check page 19 of the C368 manual which details how to make sure the MDC firmware upgrade is done and how to find the IP address of the device.

    The manual can be downloaded as a pdf from NAD electronics.
