    Hi Kristof

    Please unplug the Player for 5 seconds then plug it back in. It should return to Hotspot mode. I have escalated your issue to the Bluesound Support Crew and they will be in touch in case that does not work.

    Hi dennis,

    if your player can not connect to the network, try to put a network cable into the LAN entry on the backside of your player. This can help him to find a network.
