Amazon HD albums not appearing in Bluos
AnsweredHi all. Last week I had to try several times before an album I added to my Amazon Music library appeared in Bluos. This week, I've failed to do the same with a different album, despite trying on a laptop, android phone and Amazon tablet, several times on each. I have the latest Bluos versions and also tried logging out and back in to my Amazon account. The album is visible,and plays normally,in the Amazon library. I have added very little to my Amazon library recently, but the last items, a few weeks ago, were visible in Bluos very quickly.

Sometimes Amazon’s servers are (being polite) lazy, I have seen it take a few mins to several days before anything saved gets propagated to Bluesound. Amazon (for me at least in the UK) are also the service with more outages but I do like the price and music quality so continue using them.

Thanks Seppi. I'm with Amazon UK too and have rarely had any problems. I'll give it some time.
