Connectivity and sound issues with os4.0
AnsweredHello! I’ve been using my Node 2i happily for over a year now, but since the BlueOS4.0 upgrade I have two problems:
1) the wifi keeps dropping away resulting in flashing green led status. This did not happen before. Nothing changed in the network. Pretty annoying!
2) When everything is set up, I have it connected through HDMI ARC with my Samsung tv. Everything used to work fine again, but after the update, the node switches automatically to the ARC channel as it should when the tv turns on, but no sound gets forwarded to the amplifier. This can be solved by opening the app and simply changing the volume, then at once it passes the signal as it should. As said before, everything worked fine before the 4.0 update.
Quite unhappy with this actually, the price paid for the 2i is premium plus, so this buggy behavior is not exactly what one would expect.
Anyone else having these issues? Have read a lot about the WiFi connectivity issues, but all worked, so I am doubting about what happened with the new OS update!
