Qobuz Slow
AnsweredI have the same problem that another user had with Qobuz being slow in BluOS. But, the response was "someone will contact you" so I did not learn anything from their post.
When I open BluOS on any device and select Qobuz it takes up to 15 seconds to load, then it may NOT load, or it may only load partially. Then, if I click on Favorites or New Albums it again may not load, may partially load, may take 15 + seconds, or may pop right up.
If I play an album and my computer screen goes to sleep or I do some other work and then I come back to BluOS I have to click the red dot (Mac) to close the window and click the app in the Dock to reopen it, then go through that whole process again...and again...and again. Is this right? It does not seem right....Suggestions?
Qobuz is the only service I use on here.

In the BluOS App, select Settings, Send Support Request from the Home Screen. Once we receive the log file, our Support Crew will be in touch for a closer look.
