    Should be there if you are located in the USA and using the BluOS App on either Android or iOS.

    Beyond this you need to log a support ticket.

    I live in USA and using Android and PC so not sure what's going on. I have a support ticket submitted just waiting on a reply

    Yeah I tried from my Android phone and same results. It's hard to believe that I might be the only person experiencing this problem.

    I tried directly from the bluos device via IP address and same thing. Which leads me to believe it's the bluos device that is the problem

    Whilst you wait for support you could try rebooting your router followed by your Bluesound device.
