Tidal connect- bluesound node 2i issue

Hie, I tried to play Tidal through tidal connect of my node2i. I open Tidal, play à mysic and open the "streaming" icon. Connection through tidal connect does not appear (no icons for connection). My Node2i is connected via ethernet cable. I try to play tidal connect via app on my phone (samsung galaxy S23) connected via my home wifi network. Any idea why tidal connect to node2i is not available? 🤔. In the Past (1-2 month ago) it was working (sometimes) Thanks for your help

  I did not found how to power off my node2i? Should I just disconnect the power cable?

  I did not answered you but indeed your proposal of resetting the system by on/off was my solution. Thanks à lot for your help!
