    I agree it is likley in your SUB+.. Please try breaking your Home Theatre Group, unpair the SUB and then restart the SUB by unplugging it for 10 seconds. Re-pair to the SOUNDBAR it and see if you are prompted.

    If the problem persists, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App with the SUB+ paired to the SOUNDBAR+ so we can review the log file.
