I have a Bluesound NODE connected to an analog amplifier with two speaker boxes. When I listen to Spotify via Airplay, I ultimately have three options to adjust the volume: the physical knob on the amplifier, the volume slider in Spotify, and the volume slider on the NODE. The simplest option is, of course, to adjust the knob on the amplifier. But at what level should the virtual sliders of the NODE and Spotify be set then? Should everything be set to maximum?
