This could be a simple tagging issue, with Bluesound if you have embedded artwork along with an cover.jpg then with BluOS the jpg would take precedence but I have no knowledge of NAD BluOS equipment so cannot comment on how it work on the M33.

I have an M33 and don't have the issue of incorrect album art display. In my case the files are stored on a NAS and, for most albums, artwork which meets the size requirements is stored as cover.jpg in the folder containing the album tracks. In other cases the artwork has been embedded when the album was ripped (old iTunes) or purchased.

I've found the cover.jpg (or folder.jpg) method bulletproof for display.

I think I have to clarify my case a bit. In my case I have a few hundred songs in one folder on a USB-stick. The songs do not belong to an album, say they are all singles. All songs have the following embedded tags:

    • Artist
    • Title
    • Album art (600x600 JPG)

    Therefore I don't use any folder.jpg or cover.jpg.

The M33 always shows the correct artwork on its display when a song is being played. But in the case where there are multiple songs of the same artist in the folder, the app shows the same artwork for all songs from that artist.

Check the folder for any jpg files, if any subfolders - again look for jpgs. If you find any you will need to delete them, empty the trash and then run a rebuild index.

Beyond that you will have to continue to work with NAD support. Edited!

    Hi Seppi,

There are no JPGs in the folder, I'm sure of that. Are you suggesting to switch from USB-stick to NAS?
