RCA Output level Bluesound NODE X too low
I often have to turn the volume of my bluesound node X to max and still it's too low. I guess the output level of the RCA output to my amplifier is too low. I downloaded an audio testfile which is a Sinus 60Hz 0dBFS test file (FLAC) and measured the output voltage with a Voltmeter and is only 0,4V at maximum volume level. This is somewhat too low. If i want, is there a possibility to adjust this level inside the NODE or should I have it checked by my retailer for warranty reasons?

Just another users here… do make sure you are using fixed volume out and have not enabled the tone controls. Adjusting the volume at the amplifier and treating the NODE alike any other source such as a CD player.
If that does not help using the BluOS App please select Help, Send Support Request so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.

Thanks for your reply.
The NODE X is used as a preamplifier. So the volume is controlled by the NODE.0
