BLS RC1 batteries running out after 2/3 weeks, can someone help me?

CR2032 batteries seem to drain out far too quickly, typically lasting only 2 to 3 weeks. This issue is undeniably frustrating. I've experimented with various brands, spanning from premium to budget options, but to no avail.
Is there a common problem plaguing the remotes that could be causing this rapid battery depletion? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated

The problem lis unfortunately with old/counterfeit/ fake batteries, I am in the UK and even sources such as Amazon is very questionable.
I buy direct (using a trade account) from an electronic component supplier Duracell batteries, the original are now individually sealed in their own little blister tamper proof pack with the bitrex coating. See if you can source these as my bedroom RC1 has been working for over a year now and the living room last about 6 months.
