    What you need to do is to recreate this without resetting or rebooting and then submit a support ticket.

    In the BluOS App please select Help, send Support Request so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.

    Just now, the whole system rebooted by itself when playing Roon...

    If you submit a ticket after a reboot then the logs won’t contain any useful information unfortunately as they are cleared.

    Strangely, the log didnt get cleared during this reboot. Soundbar led turned red, audio stopped and after a while everything started working again. I submitted logs again...
