My Node 2 restarted after switching off/on the power, did it well. I tried the same with the Pulsu Mini: no result. Please help me with this problem.

    Hi Rob

If your player is unable to connect to the internet for an upgrade due to poor connectivity or router settings, the BluOS firmware can be upgraded over a USB stick, using a BluOS firmware file provided by Bluesound.

For instructions and downloads, please check out the Downloads page from our Bluesound Site: http://www.bluesound.com/support/downloads

    Hi Tony,

when I was saying "same problem", I meant "same problem, no red LED anymore, no update mode" ... doesn't start updating from USB...

    Hi Rob,

After contact with the BS helpdesk, i returned my Pulse Mini to the store.

They sended it to BluSound for repair.

Eventualy i got a brand new one, so far, no problems anymore.

I seems the upgrade damaged the device.

    Hi Aad

It would be almost impossible that the upgrade itself caused the failure. More likely that there was a hardware problem with the SSD where the BluOS firmware was stored. We have the serial number and incident number. It will be cross referenced when our QA Team receives the problematic player here at our head office.
