Vault 2
AnsweredI have reinstalled a Vault 2 after six years in storage and am using the latest BluOS 4.0. I have cd’s I’ve ripped and can see the disk usage on the app but can’t play them through the app. It was a long time ago that I used the vault and don’t remember if I used a laptop or the older version app. My question is am I missing something on the app to play the content on the hard drive or do I need to access through a computer. Thanks

Hi John, first thing to is to check for firmware updates, then in the iOS / Android BluOS App please select Settings, Help & Support, Diagnostics, Rebuild Index from the home page. This will purge and recreate a Music Library of your library.
Hopefully you will now be able to see your music again and it will play.
If you continue to have issues using the BluOS App please select Help, Send Support Request so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look. If you cannot do this then email support@bluesound.com
