    The problem may actually be with your iPad and iOS 9.3.x - I have opened a ticket and we will be in touch.

    I am having a similar problem (intermittent dropouts and difficulties in connecting/grouping Node 1 and Pulse) since the latest upgrade, using both OS10.11.6 and the latest iOS 9.3 on iPad and iPhone.

    I am having a similar problem (intermittent dropouts and difficulties in connecting/grouping Node 1 and Pulse) since the latest upgrade, using both Sierra on Mac and the latest iOS 10 on iPad and iPhone. Other equipment uses the wifi fine. Any advice? Very frustrating [as it was fine before the last update].......

    When was the last time you rebooted your router? Do so and if the problem persists, send us a support request.

    It's a bit weirder than that, works ok on Tidal, but Tunein radio service keeps cutting out and connection drops in and out constantly so I can't even stop it through any of the apps ios or desktop.....

    I also have this problem. its not just through my iphone/ipad, but also when i try spotify through my android phone.

    furthermore, i've just taken on apple music and cannot get the app to see the node !

    very frustrating, as i don't think i've managed to listen to an entire album/playlist all the way through without it dropping out. it then requires a power of to link again, but will continue dropping out.

    any help would be appreciated
