Sometimes you do need to reboot the Bluesound devices as the Router still knows about the other network interface and causes issues.

The diagnostics showing Wi-Fi signal should no longer be visible in the BluOS App when a working Ethernet lead is connected.

Do try another lead and temporarily move your Bluesound devices close to the Router for a direct Ethernet connection.

Rebooted all network points -- router, switch, node, amp -- so far no choppiness, but still would be interested if there is a way to set wired/ethernet to the default. Still not seeing that -- only WiFi options with no ethernet option.

There are no settings needed. Once a networkcable is inserted the Bluesound devices automatically switch to the ethernet connection. You will see the blinking led lights on the back when connected. The blue led on font remains blue to indicate router connection.

Thank you Seppi -- I see what you mean about the diagnostics; that seems to indicate the Node and Amp are connected via ethernet now, great. No more choppiness so far. For what it's worth, the green LED light in back flashes on the Amp, but not on the Node for some reason.

    Anyway, thanks!

The latest NODE no longer has the LEDs on the network port, probably applies to your one.
