    Hi Pieter,

Try a reboot on your router.

Hi Aaron, sorry for the late response, but i've wanted to try everything to be sure, so I've rebooted the router, updated the firmware, added the players again, to no avail. Connection with iOS BluOS app is working fine, but the MacOS App doesn't show the players.

    Hi,

I have the exact same problem. Rebooting router does not fix the problem.

The problem only seem to appear when I use the 5 GHz wireless for some reason.

    Hi Patrik

What happens when you use the 2.4 Ghz band. Bluesound Players only broadcast on the 2.4 band but most quality routers should route seamlessly.

Drop us a note at support@bluesound.com and please let us know your router make and manufacturer.

I should clarify. My Bluesound players uses a wired connection to the router. My computer connects to the router with a wireless connection. When using the 5 GHz the players can´t be fount by the Bluesound app for MacOS (works with iOS and Android). However, as soon as i switch to the 2.4 GHz the players are found. But should it really matter what type of connection i use between the computer and router??

You are correct - it should not but we have seen problems. I am escalating your issue to our BluOS Support Crew. They will be in touch.
