    Hi Ola,

It sounds like your Node is in upgrade mode(solid red LED without changing)...

We would suggest using a USB for upgrading your Node(if it is still solid red).

Details and downloads to upgrade your player this way are available here(select your Bluesound Player):
    http://www.bluesound.com/downloads/.

Once you have manually downloaded the .IMG file from the above source, you may copy it to the root directory of a FAT32 or NTFS formatted USB stick and upgrade the firmware without connecting the Player to the network.(simply download the file from the link we sent you, and EXTRACT the .img file to a USB, right click with your mouse on the file and select EXTRACT HERE) unless your on Mac, in which case... just move the file to the USB.

    • Disconnect the AC Power cord from your Player
    • Insert the USB device into the USB Port, next to the LAN port on the back panel of the Player
    • While holding the Play/Pause button on the player(top touch cap button on your Bluesound Player), reconnect the AC Power cord and continue to hold the Play/Pause button while connecting the power, the LED color will change from RED to GREEN and then back to RED... once it does, release your finger
    • The player will then start copying the image file and update the firmware, to confirm this is happening, the mute button LED will begin blinking an alternating pattern of green and red

Once completed, the player should reboot on its own and return to normal functionality, you may now remove the USB stick at this point.

If you encounter problems, please email us directly at the following email - support@bluesound.com

One of the other BluOS agents OR myself will assist you further if it comes to this point.
