    Thanks. The referenced article is 5 months old, but I just started getting errors recently. Also, how do I report the issue once I go to the SiriusXM USA link shown in the article. It isn't clear to me how this is done

    Hi Ken

    Our Help Centre Articles are reviewed for accuracy - 5 months ago was when this one was last revised and is in fact accurate. As for how Sirius handles their support site.. looks like you can search.

    In short this issue is coming from Siriius' Servers - I am sure they will be happy to help.

    OK. My initial search for BluOS on their help site returns no valid responses. In my chat with them, they say to contact you guys. The chat person finally gave me a phone number to call. We'll see where that leads

    It's just that ever since the 4.0 update, the BluOS app has been very problematic. It's quite frustrating

    I have had issues with Sirius dropping out. Sometimes going to Music Services, Sirius and logging in again will resolve the issue. I always have to do this after a power outage.
