Cannot remove music from desktop PC on Bluesound

    Hi Kenji

    Reindex will only add music - try Rebuild Index to remove the music. If that does not work, please select Send Support Request and we will be in touch...

    Hmmmm....  After Rebuilding Index, I have found much of the album artwork doesn't match the albums.  They all seem like my albums, they just don't match the music.  How can I fix this?

    Hi Kenji

    In the settings Menu, select Reload Artwork to purge the handheld devices' cached artwork file and reload it from the Player.

    I can access the player from 3 locations:

    - iPad

    - iPhone

    - BluOS Controller on PC

    When I try this on the phone and tablet, nothing happens.

    I don't know where to try this on the BluOS controller.  Where would I go?

    Do I have to do it on all of these locations, or will doing it on one fix them all?

    You should not have to on the Windows version of the App as this happens automatically when you quit and restart it. All other versions yes...

    Nothing is working.  iOS apps and Windows desktop version do not respond.  I have opened/closed the desktop app, even rebooted my computer.  I can tap the Reload Artwork button on either iOS device, and it asks me to confirm.  When I say "yes", then nothing happens.
