Pulse 2 loose connection
AnsweredHi. I have a older pulse 2.. now it loose connection.. flashes green.. try reset and with Ethernet.. works fine with wire, but when go to wifi it seems to connect and disconnect every second... Just now it plays without any connection and my Spotify do not play.. it plays for some second before it loose connection.. after some seconds it plays again.. spooky....

First step would be to reset your network and the following sequence is recommended:
Power off your Bluesound devices.
Power off your Router and wait five minutes (very important) before turning it on again.
Wait another five minutes for the Router to be fully up and running.
Now power on your Bluesound devices.
If this does not help then in the BluOS App please select Settings, Send Support Request so the Bluesound Support Crew can review the log file and take a closer look.
