NAD C399 Auto Standby

Does anyone have issues with their NAD C399 and auto standby? When using AirPlay mine randomly can go into auto standby, also when selecting different Dirac filters. It also goes into auto standby when playing CD’s into the coaxial input. Seems fine when streaming via bluOS MDC2 card and HDMI input. I’ve contacted support and was advised to switch off the auto standby feature. This does not seen acceptable as it is sold with this feature listed in the specifications and is important to me so have contacted again. I do not see general issues online of other users with a similar problem. Thanks

Hi David, there are a few NAD users who visit this forum with specific BluOS questions but your post is quite hardware specific and Bluesound hardware doesn’t have Dirac but a NAD user may be along soon but may not have the same issues.
Best continuing working with NAD support which you have already done.
