Having a look at the manual the Naim XS2 amp Does not appear to have a DAC, just analogue line inputs.

Treat the NODE as another source such as a CD player. Do double check you have plugged everything in correctly as it gets dark round the back of amplifiers and easy to get things muddled up.

Turn the volume right down on the Naim XS2 amp and then in the BluOS App set the volume output to be fixed. Now use the volume control on the Naim XS2 amp and switch between inputs as required.

One of the phono line level inputs on the Naim XS2 amp will be fine, you could try another input such as the CD, AV or HDD inputs. Not exactly sure from your description what issue you are having?

Hi, I think the DAC in the Naim and in the node are countering each other. When I played my vinyl which is connected in the Aux 1 port the node took over. I had the volume completely off on the Naim but I could hear the music. Im completely confused here as well.
