NAD M33 refuses to connect to my Apple Home App
AnsweredWhy is the connection to the M33 being rejected on the Home App? It use to be connected but not longer can and I've tried the iPhone and iPad.
After going through the steps - M33 wireless on same network or connected to the ethernet it is rejected. BTW also cannot rename the device in the BluOS app.
Attached in a screen shot. It implies my iPhone is not on the wireless which is wrong as same message happens with iPad and all devices are on the same network.

Hi Mark
Top right of your iPhone suggests you are using Rogers Wireless (on 3G) and not on your home network...
Check your phone Wi-Fi Settings. Sometimes it will switch over to Wireless roaming if your network is not great.

Hi Tony,
That is strange. The network has a strong signal and currently the system is plugged into the Ethernet in the house. I just tried again with the home kit on the phone and it definitely is on WiFi.
I have new screen shots but cannot send them in this link it appears. I did respond to the email I received ad attached the new screen shots. I’ve also used my iPad which is only WiFi0 -
I check the WiFi strength next to the system and it is -52db which is extremely strong
