    Hi Mark

    Top right of your iPhone suggests you are using Rogers Wireless (on 3G) and not on your home network...

    Check your phone Wi-Fi Settings. Sometimes it will switch over to Wireless roaming if your network is not great.

    Hi Tony,

    That is strange. The network has a strong signal and currently the system is plugged into the Ethernet in the house. I just tried again with the home kit on the phone and it definitely is on WiFi.
    I have new screen shots but cannot send them in this link it appears. I did respond to the email I received ad attached the new screen shots. I’ve also used my iPad which is only WiFi

    I check the WiFi strength next to the system and it is -52db which is extremely strong
