    Hi Tony, thanks for the reply.

    I'd already opened a ticket (#406632) & your colleagues suspect that the issue is hardware related.

    As the player was purchased outside North America, I've been instructed to contact my closest Bluesound dealer who should assist.

    Hopefully it'll be a replacement unit & not a repair job.

    Well my Bluesound dealer told me replacement wasn't an option, so it's been off for repair.

    Got a call this evening to tell me there's no issue with the speaker as the Pulse M is not capable of connecting with Bluetooth headphones :-(

    Can anyone confirm?

    Bluesound support certainly gave me the impression that it should be possible.

    My retailer has now agreed to replace the unit, however I need to wait for new stock to arrive as they told me that their existing units are 2023 models & would have the same issue.

    Anyone know if there's been an update in the spec since launch?
