This issue is caused by a problem in the network. Signal strenght is but a part of a good connection.

You could look at the recommendations of Bluesound:

    http://www.bluesound.com/network101  and  https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000220567-How-to-avoid-Wireless-dropouts

Also setting fixed ip addresses in the router can help. Make sure multicast and igpm snooping are activated.

    Try rebooting your network:

cut power to the node, switch off the router, wait 5', turn on the router, wait 5', power up the node.

If nothing helps, send a support request from the controller: Help>send support request.

This includes a log in the mail to be analyzed by the support team.

Unfortunately, the support is struggling with a backlog for the time being, an answer may take several days.

Check your router settings to ensure Multicast traffic is allowed. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... turn it on.

Thanks a lot. I have a person from the internet company coming tomorrow, I'll pass these to the person. I was looking for anything that said multicast or IGMP I couldn't find it. Thanks so much for the tips

    Just rechecked, both turned on.
