NAD M10 V2 Won't Recognize Hard Drive

I have a hard drive that was attached to my Bluesound Node and working perfectly fine.

I attached it to my NAD M10 V2 streamer and nothing happens. The app does not show the drive is connected. There is no pop up messages on the app. The hard drive does not show in the app.

Hard drive is 2TB, formatted in NTFS.
