Intermittents wired nodes on the same network and between users with the same privileges in Windows virtual machine

I currently have 4 nodes in a park, where to manage them we created a Windows virtual machine, all 4 are wired to the same lan using the POL/GPON network, and even though we have connectivity, the nodes sometimes disappear from the bluoscontroler program as an available node. and also with other users with the same privileges accessing the VM, sometimes the available nodes are different between users, any tips or remote support that we can receive?

  As an unsupported configuration all I can suggest is to check your router settings to ensure Multicast traffic is allowed. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... turn it on.

  Beyond that test a PC or Mac without using a VM to see if that works successfully.
