iPad BluOS-App does not find player anymore while other BluOS-Apps do

i'm using a M10v2 on latest BluOS Version and control it with iOS/ipadOS-devices (also latest version of Apps) in daily use.
The device uses an ethernet connection an works flawsless in my network so far (some bugs still exist in BluOS 4x).
- The iOS-App works flawless on 3 iPhones
- The Windows-App works flawless
- The macOS-App and Dirac on macOS work flawless
Only the iPad-App does not find any player.
I tried restart of iPad and reinstall of App, so it is also in the latest version.
The iPad runs iOS 16.7.2
I wanted to check allowed network access for the App in the ipadOS settings.
For some reason BluOS-App is not visible in the ipadOS-Settings. Maybe this is part of the problem?
Is there a known bug in the iPad-App?
Support ticket from App is not possible as the App is locked due to missing devices.
