Connecting my CD player to Node 2i then to my Cambridge Audio Azur 851A amp
AnsweredCurrently my Node 2i is not working and I am waiting for support to provide a solution. In the meantime I have a question for once my Node is back up and running.
I have an old NAD 5440 disc player with a single RCA Digital Out as well as a Line Out for a left and right RCA plug (fixed and variable options). Can I connect the NAD 5440 to the Node 2i using the cable provided with the Node by connecting the Red/White RCA to the NAD 5440 and the other to the Node Optical In/Analog In on the back of the Node. Then connecting the Node to my Cambridge Audio Azur 851A amp.

I currently have my Node 2i connected to my amplifier using the Audio Out on the Node. I then use Bluetooth to play music from my iMac using the Bluesound desktop app. If I connect my CD player using the Analog Line Out of the CD player into the NODE, how do I toggle between the DC player and the Bluetooth on the stereo?

Dumb question, where is the line-in on the desktop app?
