    Hi Alexander...

Group syncing issues have zero to do with the app but are an indicator that you may have some network lag going on. Please clear your router cache by rebooting it. Wait 5 minutes, reboot your players, wait 5 more minutes, then restart the app. The waiting 5 minutes is important to re-establish network connections.

If problems persist, please e-mail support@bluesound.com

I also have a volume control issue with the PC controller version 4.21.

    In a group:
One sub-player(Pulse 2i) controlling group volume indicator, but not its own volume.
One sub-player(second Pulse 2i), works as expected, controls its own volume, and not the groups
Rebooting, & unplug replug bad Pulse 2i, did not fix issue.

***No problem controlling with android app.***

***Roll back to 4.20 illuminated issue.***

    Using Win10.

    Hi

Problem with volume controls in grouped speakers  persists on the Windows App.

Problem with automatic  volume level changes when an android device (with Bluos local android app installed) is connected to the WIFI network.

Can you inform me how I can roll back to previous version of the Windows app (or let me know how to fix ths issues)

I have performed the reboot of the router to clear the cache according to instruction.

    Thanks
