Constant red LED on Node2

Hello! The red led is continuous on my node 2. I’ve tried power cycling. I even tried to follow reset instructions, but it gos straight into red led after power up - and never blinks the blue led when I should start pressing play/pause to reset. Looks like a few other people, have had this issue. Is there a solution?
