I just got the same problem. My old laptop was shared and now I am trying to connect my new laptop through its name, not the IP address. There is no user name or password.

  • Hi Randy

Please select Send Support Request in Help menu of your mobile device so we may see the error you are given in the log file. If you are on a PC, select Player, Configure Player, Send Support Request.

We will be in touch via e-mail once we receive the request.

    Thanks for your patience

    HI Jeli

We have seen a recent upswing in this due to some security changes Windows has made in a recent update. I have escalated your case to our BluOS Support Crew. We will be in touch,
