Bluenode X and Qobuz Cannot login

I just bought my son a new Bluenode X. I spent 3 hours today trying to get the BlueOS on his iPhone to login to Qobuz. He can login to Qobuz via the Qobuz app on his iPhone and can use airplay on Qobuz to listen via the Bluenode X. I have looked at every support fix. Rebooting the node, logging in and out of Qobuz on its iPhone app. Using your reboot feature. I am ready to quit and use Amazon or Tidal. BTW, I have a Node 2i at home that works great with Qobuz. My son's X keeps bouncing the Qobuz credentials. Keeps saying that the user name and password don't match which is false because he can login to his qobuz account natively on the Qobuz iPhone app. Help Please!!!

Can you try your login credentials on your son’s NODE, logging out of your 2i before to see if that works?
A Router reboot is also worthwhile a try.
Nothing fancy such a VPNs configured on the Router or a Pihole ad blocker device?
