    Hi Bjarne,

    The best way is for us is to look at your player's diagnostics. Can you 'Send Support Request' (under Help) through your Bluesound app, it'll send us a diagnostics log together with the request so we can analyse it.

    Dear sir

    As I found the App too cumbersome I have returned the unit to the shop.

    I am therefore looking for another system
