Favorites Tab won’t load in iOS

When I tap the favorites tab, nothing loads. Only the sweep graphic from left to right shows, and the rest is greyed out as if trying to find them, but not. I tried switching players, updating from app store (no new updates), closing app and rebooting iOS device, all to no avail. Any ideas?
