Can't Change Room Name II
Tony, thank you for the comments about HomeKit. What the posts don't seem to understand is that at least in my case, the NAD M33 has never been added to HomeKit. It's not in HomeKit so it can't be deleted from HomeKit. I previously uploaded screenshots which show that it is not in HomeKit.
NAD says it's a BluOS issue, and BluOS says to reset the hardware. The finger pointing with nobody taking responsibility is not helpful.

It is very unlikely NAD Support would be blaming the BluOS Support Crew and/or vice versa given their collaborative relationship. From my original answer to this question;
