No playlist in Android app
AnsweredWhen using the Windows app I can see my playlists on the Home screen under the "BluOS Playlists" section. On my phone (Android 14) I have no such tab on the home screen. I cannot access my playlist on my phone. I can see them when adding a song from my library (stored on my NAS), but this I the only place I can see the playlist on my phone. I've spent a lot of time researching this and have not found anything helpful.

I had the same issue. I was advised by support to delete the storage and cache in the android app. The first time I tried that it didn't do anything, my playlists were still missing, although like Lukas I could access them if I switched to the v3.x interface. A couple of weeks ago I decided to back up my playlists via the Windows app, then completely delete the android app from my phone after first force stopping it and deleting the data and cache. I restarted my phone and reinstalled the BluOS app, and the playlists are now present on the Home screen. I didn't have to reinstall them from the backup, but I would suggest making one just in case.

The same issue I reported as well. In the predecessor version (3.x) the "BluOS Playlists" are nicly shown in the main menue - switching temporarily to that version could be a work around.

I agree. Thanks for this fix guys. Worked for me too, though sounded a bit extreme!

Thanks for the tip, same procedure on my android smartphone and now the playlists are displayed on the home screen again.
But I have noticed a similar problem: why are the playlists not listed in Library / Playlists?Home / BlueOS Playlist -> OK
Library / Playlists -> not OK
This defect exists in both, the Windows app and the Android app!0 -

Because you dont have a network or local library with any playlist.
If you use a 3rd party tool/software and create a m3u playlist on the local/network library it will show up.0 -

Can i save/export the blueOS playlists to m3u playlists with the blueOS controller app or is this only possible with 3rd party tool/software?

No, unfortunately, there is no option to save or export the BluOS playlist.

I have now also created my playlists with a 3rd party tool. This works well so far, and the playlists are now also displayed in library/playlists.
But what I don't like, is the double effort for identical playlists.
