Requested quality is not allowed in users subscription? But I pay hifi quality!!

    Sounds like you are having an issue with either Tidal or Qobuz. I would recommend you contact them to find out why you are not getting full value out of your subscription as we do support both of their premium options.

    Thank you for your help and yes I believe it is an issue with tidal, I've sent them 7 emails now and not one response but they have deffinetly charged me for hifi quality service.
