Has anyone else had this issue? I pay the premium £20 hifi subscription and have contacted the bluesound support and done as requested, signing out then back in again but still have the same issue?
Any help would be most appreciated I need my music......!!!

Sounds like you are having an issue with either Tidal or Qobuz. I would recommend you contact them to find out why you are not getting full value out of your subscription as we do support both of their premium options.
