    Hi Raman

Sounds like your network router cache may have a corrupt entry or bad discovery table. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your Player, wait 5 more minutes, relaunch your apps.

If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.

That's interesting! I was using my BluNode2i to live stream to my stereo system as well as using bluetooth to play Apple Music. For the past 2 weeks I have had to reboot, factory reset, tried wired setup and wireless to no avail. Today I even did a network reset as described here https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000303528-Players-not-appearing-in-BluOS-Controller-App . It doesn't seem to matter whether it is the iPhone Blusound controller or the iMac desktop controller.

I am also going to file a support ticket and hope they can provide answers beyond the standard install links on the website.

Hi Tony, I'm not sure this is the answer. I will do it but just saying I have over 12 different internet devices (incliding 3 Tvs, 2 thermostats, printer .....etc) and I can see and access them on my phone. The BluOS Node2i is the only one that keeps dropping

    Hi-Res

Your other devices probably don’t use mDNS, see if there is an mDNS or multicast option that you can turn on in your Router’s setting. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... again turn it on.
