BluOS device disconnect
AnsweredI am sick and tired of unplugging my BluNode 2i every other week and rebooting. First it was my mobile device that would suddenly stop communicating or finding my device, Roon that was the most reliable from my laptop has also started showing the same behavior. I have had this device for 4 years and have upgraded all the way. Now I am thinking it's time to move on :(

Hi Raman
Sounds like your network router cache may have a corrupt entry or bad discovery table. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your Player, wait 5 more minutes, relaunch your apps.
If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App.

That's interesting! I was using my BluNode2i to live stream to my stereo system as well as using bluetooth to play Apple Music. For the past 2 weeks I have had to reboot, factory reset, tried wired setup and wireless to no avail. Today I even did a network reset as described here https://support.bluos.net/hc/en-us/articles/360000303528-Players-not-appearing-in-BluOS-Controller-App . It doesn't seem to matter whether it is the iPhone Blusound controller or the iMac desktop controller.
I am also going to file a support ticket and hope they can provide answers beyond the standard install links on the website.
