    Hi Saad

    If your Network Router is not seeing one device but only appears once a second one is connected, sounds like your router might be blocking Multicast Wireless Traffic. Check your router settings to ensure Multicast traffic is allowed. Also see if there is a setting that says IGMP Snooping or IGM Proxy... toggle it.

    If you are unsure or need further assistance, please e-mail support@bluos.net and be sure to tell our Support Crew, the make and model of your home router. If it is supplied by your Telco, please let us know who your Service Provider is and what region you are in.

    Hello Saad;

    I'm another BluOS user, not official support. What you describe sounds like a network issue.

    Both the M10 and the phone need to be on the same network and subnet. It's possible that the router is configured so the wired and wireless networks are independent. Check the router settings for each to make sure the IP addresses are in the same range. For example:

    192.168.1.10 and 192.168.1.25 (your numbers will vary).

    Thank you for the response.

    NAD M10 V2 IP: 162.198.50.26

    Phone IP: 162.198.50.29

    Same subnet. I have never had this issue with other Bluesound products. I have not hooked those up yet as we moved to our new place and this was the first unit I setup. I will try my 2021 Bluesound Node tonight.

    I plugged my Node to the router and within 2 seconds it was discovered in the app.
    ONLY then was I able to see the menus and go to 'Players' and hit + sign on the top to add a player that the NAD M10 was discovered. This is pure asinine that I had no way to see the Blu OS menu unless a player was already on the network and only then could I add the other player.

    I'm happy to hear you've got it working. It does seem weird that the M10 wasn't recognized until the Node was connected.
