    Hi Kevin,

For your Windows share, have you read our article regarding some computer configurations(firewall, anti-virus) that might hinder the shares to be connected:

Alterations from default sharing settings may have changed in Under "Change Advanced Sharing Settings"

In Windows 10, Anti-Virus programs can change these sharing settings from default settings.

    For the Current Profile:
    - Turn On Network Discovery
    - Turn On file and printer sharing
    - Allow windows to manage homegroup connections

    For All Networks
    - Turn ON sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in the Public Folders
    - Use 128-bit encryption to help protect file sharing connections
    - Turn OFF password protected sharing (This has been changed to ON by some antivirus programs)

These options can be found from the Control Panel - Network and Sharing Center - Change Advanced Sharing Settings
