Cannot connect to any players and volume controls for Spotify doesn’t work

    When volume control become erratic it does suggest a local networking issue and as a first troubleshooting step please do the following:

    To reset your network the following sequence is recommended:

    Power off your Bluesound devices.

    Power off your Router and wait five minutes (very important) before turning it on again.

    Wait another five minutes for the Router to be fully up and running.

    Now power on your Bluesound devices.

    Hmm. Very strange. I didn’t do nothing and now both volume control work in Spotify and can connect yo the players via the Bluesound app.

    As I wrote I normally wait for a long time before starting to troubleshoot. This time as well.

    Before I started this thread I checked to see that the issue were not solved. And I checked again after your reply and now it works again.

    I have been checking basically every day for many weeks.

    hi!

    Since a few weeks, volume control buttons on my iphone don't work anymore for my bluos Pulse. I have once reset my wifi network and reinstalled apps. Then it worked briefly, but now not anymore. Is there a way to solve this?
