    Hi I have the same issue with my Pulse Mini. It was working fine yesterday. Today it's gone dead even though the base of the unit is warm. I changed the cord just in case and used a new one. No impact. I contacted support but received off topic list of troubleshooting suggestions. Can you please help? Is there a fuse in this unit?
