    Hello Edvin,

Bluesound Players can only connect to 2.4 GHz wireless networks that support 802.11n.

If your network is broadcasting this kind of Wireless communication, and your PULSE MINI is not finding your WiFi network, try rebooting your PULSE MINI and retry setting up your Player up from Hotspot Mode.

    Hi again!
We've double checked and our network does transmit 802.11n, and it also didn't work with resetting the speaker to factory settings. The router we're using is an apple AirPort Extreme, to which we've connected a Heos speaker, using Spotify connect, to that successfully. It utilises 5/2,4GHz and 802.11ac, thus also 802.11n. We've tried adding the MAC-address to the wireless connection of the Mini Pulse-router, however unsuccessfully. It simply cannot find the access point, no matter if we reset it to factory settings.

We've also been to Mac-forum to possibly obtain any information via them, but they simply told us to ask you.

    Hello Edvin,

If you are having issues connecting your Player onto your network, we would recommend that you reach out to the BluOS Support Crew and start a support ticket.

You can get started with an e-mail to support@bluesound.com.
