    Please excuse my English response as I don't speak German..

    Sounds like you are having a slow response from your iOS App. Please clear your iPad and/or iPhone's RAM by powering down and restarting your your device.

    We have noticed this response to be less than we expect and will be releasing an update at The App store in the coming days to resolve this.

    The restart does not help. Neither on the ipad nor the iphone. Both are updated to the newest version. I cannot find a possibility to update the bluos app.
