Sometimes I have an issue with Spotify Connect and my Bluesound Node (1st version). The Spotify app (Android) is up to date, as are the Bluesound app and device. My Node is connected to the network through an ethernet cable. My smartphone is connected to the netwerk through WiFi.
Using Spotify Connect, I can play songs from a playlist or album through my Node. Somehow, when I tap the 'next' (next song) button, the next song doesn't play (neither when tapped in Spotify app nor in Bluesound app). Pausing and restarting the song does work, and tapping another song in the playlist as well, so it is only the 'next' button that doesn't work. When I disconnect Spotify Connect and play the same playlist/album on my phone, I can go to the next song immediately. This makes me think the problem lies within Spotify Connect or (the connection to) the Node. The network/internet connection seems to be fine.
Does anybody else experience the same problem and/or does anybody know how to fix this?
